Our Process

Step 1 - Consultation

Our stager/ interior designer will visit the property with a recommended checklist to get the house ready for listing. Depending on the walkthrough checklist, any furniture/ decór provided NDS will be charged accordingly. Consulting session ranges from 1 to 2 hours.

Property under 2500 sqft ……………………………………………….. $200

Step 2 - Staging Day

NDS crew along with professional interior designer come on site to turn an empty space into a modern and cozy home with our curated furniture.

Step 3 - Marketing Media happens

NDS Media crew performs their magic to get the best footage and angle of the property based on the chosen service package. All marketing material will be delivered to agent through our app within 2 days.

Professional listing photography and media services are 50% off if booked with staging package.

Step 4 - Collecting Day

A reminder for destaging/extension option will be sent via email 1 week prior to the deadline. Once your house is sold, we will schedule a day to pick up all furniture so the house can welcome the new owner.

Occupied Staging

We will de-clutter and arrange yours and NDS recommended furniture/decór in a way that works with the layout. Any piece of furniture with personal style that’s not optimal for the general taste will be moved away to support the selling process.
